Clothes Closet: provides free clothing, diapers, personal hygiene and household items to individuals and families lacking adequate clothing with low to no income, those experiencing temporary crisis and those on a fixed income requiring help to make ends meet.
Food Pantry: provides a five day supply of groceries to individuals and households lacking adequate food with low to no income, those experiencing temporary crisis and those on a fixed income requiring help to make ends meet.
Guest House: provides emergency and transitional shelter, basic needs and case-management services to at-risk homeless pregnant and / or parenting teens and their children.
Prescription Assistance: provides payment to a pharmacy for medication prescribed by a physician to treat a life-threatening illness or a communicable disease for persons without prescription insurance and without other resources.
Transitional Housing: long-term transitional shelter and basic needs with case management services to resolve barriers and issues and enable independence.
Transportation Assistance: provides gasoline vouchers and/or bus tickets to persons without resources in emergency need of transportation.

Camping: provides girls with a 24-hour-a-day experience in the outdoors; a camp session last 4 to 14 days. Through camp girls gain independent living skills, positive self-esteem, decision-making skills and leadership abilities.
Comprehensive Youth Development: is a prevention-based mentoring program for girls and young women. Small groups of girls meet with positive adult female role models to learn skills like: self achievement, relating to others, self-respect, cooperation with others and decision-making skills. These skills help girls resist negative and peer pressures as they develop into adults.
C.H.O.I.C.E.: is focused on middle - high school aged girls having difficulty reaching their full potential. Leaders are trained to be sensitive to special needs or issues and concerns of teenage girls. Activities include values clarifications, problem solving, communication, health care, relationship building, conflict/anger management, community resources, substance abuse and independent living skills.

Albany InReach Services offers access to medical, dental and mental health care for medically underserved populations in west Linn County with a coordinated and proactive health delivery system. InReach strives to be the architect of creative options for the medically vulnerable by assembling an energetic alliance of paid professionals, students, unpaid professional volunteers and interagency partners.
InReach patients do not qualify for routine medical or dental insurance, or state-funded health programs. InReach seeks to serve this population with a ‘medical home’ model that respects individuals with financial, social and cultural obstacles. The ultimate goal of InReach is to improve the health and well being of those living in the greater Albany area.
InReach has been in operation since 1993 through the determined efforts of Samaritan Albany General Hospital, Samaritan Health Physicians, Linn County Public Health Department, area physicians, specialist physicians, dentists and the Albany General Hospital Foundation.
